Privacy policy pursuant to Art 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

A) Source of personal data and Data Controller.
This document has been prepared pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: "Regulation") in order to allow you to know our privacy policy. It describes the general modalities of the processing of personal data of the users of the site and how your personal information is handled when you use our site [http://www.ad-consulting.eu] (hereinafter: "Site") The information and data you provide or otherwise acquired as part of the use of the services of the Data Controller, - such as: access to the reserved area of the Site, newsletters, lists, hereinafter: "Services" -, will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation and the obligations of confidentiality that inspire the activity of the Data Controller.
This information is provided only for this Site and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. Please refer to any specific sections of the Site where you can find specific disclosures and any requests for consent for individual processing.

 

B) Types of data
As a result of browsing the Site, we inform you that the Data Controller will process personal data hereinafter only "Personal Data".
Specifically, the Personal Data processed through the Site are as follows:

1) Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning (see the Site's Cookie Policy), to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used by the competent authorities to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.
2) Data provided voluntarily by the data subject
Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data reported in any request forms within the website (e.g. to activate newsletters, to make a purchase, etc.). Failure to provide them may result in the inability to provide the service. In these cases, only the information necessary for the requested service will be requested (see specific disclosures in detail).
In the use of some of the Services of the Site there may occur a processing of Personal Data of third parties sent by you to the Owner. With respect to such hypotheses, you stand as autonomous data controller, assuming all the obligations and responsibilities of the law. In this sense, it confers on this point the widest indemnity with respect to any dispute, claim, request for compensation for damages from processing, etc., that may be received by the Controller from third parties whose Personal Data have been processed through your use of the functions of the Site in violation of the applicable data protection regulations. In any case, should it provide or otherwise process Personal Data of third parties in the use of the Site, it guarantees as of now - assuming all related liability - that this particular hypothesis of processing is based on a suitable legal basis under Article 6 of the Regulations that legitimizes the processing of the information in question.

 

C) Purpose of the processing and legal basis
The purpose of the processing of personal data that we intend to carry out is to:

- To enable the provision of the Site Services.

The legal basis for the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at its request.
The provision of Personal Data for these purposes is optional but failure to provide it would result in the inability to activate the Services provided by the Site.

 

D) Recipients of Personal Data
Your Personal Data may be shared, for the above purposes, with:
- persons authorized by the Data Controller;

E) Transfers of Personal Data
Some of your Personal Data are shared with Recipients who may be located outside the European Economic Area. The Data Controller ensures that the processing of your Personal Data by these Recipients takes place in compliance with the Regulations. Indeed, transfers may be based on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or another appropriate legal basis.

 

F) Your privacy rights under Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation.
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, you have the right to request from the Data Controller access to, rectification or erasure of your Personal Data or to object to their processing, you have the right to request the restriction of processing, to obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning you, and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

G) Amendments
This privacy policy is effective as of 18/01/2021. The Owner reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or in full, including due to changes in applicable legislation.
